These Terms apply to the Website, registered Website accounts, contact and inquiry functions, requests for product or solution materials, and other Website content or functions made available by Santachi.
Separate agreements may apply to the purchase, supply, licensing, installation, support, or use of Santachi products, software, solutions, or services. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed agreement governing a specific transaction, the separately signed agreement will prevail for that transaction.

5. Requests for Product and Solution Materials
The Website may allow registered users to request product brochures, specifications, product manuals, solution materials, or case materials.
Registration or submission of a request does not create an automatic right to receive any material. Requested materials are not available for immediate download. Santachi will review the request and may approve or reject it at its discretion.
To assess whether a requester is a professional customer and whether the requested materials are appropriate for the stated purpose, Santachi may verify:
- the identity of the company or organization;
- the authenticity of the work email address;
- the requester's position or professional role;
- the stated project or product requirements; and
- the requester's country or region.
If a request is approved, relevant materials may be sent by email. Santachi may determine which materials to provide and may withhold, limit, or withdraw access to materials where appropriate.

6. License to Use Approved Materials
Subject to these Terms and any additional conditions provided with the materials, Santachi grants an approved recipient a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use materials supplied by Santachi for:

- presenting Santachi products or solutions to an end customer, but only where Santachi has expressly approved the relevant materials for such presentation.
No other right or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.
Unless Santachi has provided prior written permission, you must not:

- add your own branding, contact details, claims, or other content to the materials;

All materials supplied by Santachi following professional customer review must be treated as confidential unless Santachi expressly states otherwise in writing.
Such materials may include non-public product information, non-public solution information, specifications, technical content, case information, commercial information, or other materials provided by email.
You must:
- protect the materials from unauthorized access, use, copying, or disclosure;
- use the materials only for the approved purpose;
- limit access within your organization to personnel who need the materials for that purpose and who are subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- not disclose the materials to an end customer unless Santachi has expressly approved the specific materials for external presentation; and
- promptly stop using or return or delete the materials if Santachi reasonably requests you to do so.
Approval to present specific materials to an end customer does not authorize the recipient or end customer to retain, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly disclose those materials unless Santachi separately agrees in writing.
The confidentiality obligations in this section do not apply to information that the recipient can demonstrate:
- was lawfully known without a duty of confidentiality before disclosure by Santachi;
- becomes publicly available through no breach of these Terms;
- is lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality; or
- is independently developed without use of Santachi's confidential materials.
If disclosure is required by law or a binding order, the recipient should, where legally permitted, provide Santachi with reasonable prior notice and disclose only the information legally required.
8. Website Content and Intellectual Property
The Website and its content, including text, product names, trademarks, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, interfaces, databases, specifications, documents, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Santachi and are protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
