H8 is a high-precision 3D ranging camera for external-threat monitoring along transmission lines. Combining stereo vision, 3D scene reconstruction, and edge AI, it measures the clearance between potential hazards and conductors for quantitative risk assessment and more accurate alarms.
3D Scene Reconstruction: Uses binocular multi-focus stereo vision to reconstruct transmission-line environments in 3D, providing spatial information for quantitative hazard assessment.
High-Precision Distance Measurement: Measures the straight-line clearance between detected hazards and conductors and supports spatial ranging between any two points within 600 m, with a measurement error below 1%.
Edge AI Hazard Detection: Supports intelligent detection of tower cranes, excavators, pump trucks, vegetation encroachment, and other external threats near transmission corridors.
Smoke & Fire Detection: Detects smoke and fire hazards through edge AI analysis to support early warning of potential wildfire risks around transmission lines.
Quantitative Risk Assessment: Combines AI target detection with 3D ranging to determine whether identified hazards are approaching conductors, helping reduce ineffective alarms and improve alarm accuracy.
