Macro Instrument Monitoring Camera
R2 is a compact close-range camera for automated instrument and switch monitoring. Combining macro imaging, adaptive white-light illumination, and edge AI, it enables scheduled or on-demand image capture, automatic meter reading and switch-status recognition, and remote verification through the monitoring platform.
Close-Range Instrument Monitoring: Uses a short-focus macro lens to capture clear close-range images of meters, switchgear panels, and other equipment requiring detailed visual inspection.
AI Meter & Switch Recognition: Automatically recognizes instrument readings and switch statuses through edge AI and uploads the recognition results to the platform for remote condition verification.
Adaptive White-Light Illumination: Automatically adjusts white-light illumination according to the monitoring environment to reduce reflections and improve image clarity when capturing instrument panels.
Scheduled & On-Demand Inspection: Supports scheduled automatic capture and manual image acquisition, enabling routine remote inspection as well as on-demand verification of equipment status.
Flexible Installation: Supports magnetic and bracket mounting for flexible installation and easy repositioning across different cabinets, panels, and close-range monitoring points.
