E5
Acoustic Imaging Device
E5 is a portable multimodal diagnostic device for rapid on-site fault detection and localization. Combining acoustic imaging, thermal imaging, visible-light imaging, and laser ranging, it visualizes sound sources, temperature changes, and target distance for efficient field diagnosis and remote collaboration.
Acoustic Imaging & Localization: Uses a 136-channel low-noise MEMS microphone array to capture acoustic signals and visually locate sound sources for rapid identification of abnormal equipment noise.
Configurable Acoustic Analysis: Supports frequency analysis, steady-state and transient modes, adjustable thresholds, and other acoustic parameters for different inspection and fault-diagnosis requirements.
Intelligent Acoustic Alarms: Supports sound-pressure-level and frequency threshold alarms, sound-source localization, and microphone abnormality detection for faster identification of acoustic faults.
Thermal & Acoustic Fusion: Combines thermal imaging with acoustic visualization to display sound-source location and regional temperature information together for multimodal fault diagnosis.
Laser Ranging: Provides one-click laser distance measurement with real-time distance updates, helping operators accurately determine the location of detected abnormalities.
